Hi Readers,Jat Reservation Bill has unanimously passed in by the Haryana Legislative committee .Haryana Backward Classes bill will provide reservation in services and admission in educational institutions. The jat politicians (Khaa Netas) are trying hard for this reservation .The protest for getting the reservation is going on from many years but this year the protest become violent and there is huge pressure on govt to pass this Jaat Reservation Bill.The bill is passed today in the Haryana legislative Assembly.Given below are the Jat Reservation Bill Details:
- Previously the Backward category has two Blocks i.e BC-A and BC-B .The special BC-C has been introduced to provide reservation to the jat and other caste as there were no space in BC-A and BC-B.Moreover if the reservation for BC-A and BC-B is touched by the government then the people from BC-A and BC-B will start protesting against the government therefore they have come with an idea of making a new Category.
- The reservation is given to six castes i.e
1)Jat 2)Jat Sikhs 3)Ror 4)Bishnoi 5)Tyagi 6)Mulla Jat/Muslim Jat have been included in the list. - Reservation in Services :10% Reservation will be provided for class III and Class IV jobs.
- 6% Reservation will be provided for Class I and Class II Jobs.
- Reservations in Admission :There will be 10% Reservation in the Admissions in Educational Institutions .
- The Reservation bill is now been send to Governor of Haryana Sh.Kaptan Singh Solanki for his Approval.
- State Legislative Assembly has passed Haryana Backward Class Commission Bill,2016 for institution of a permanent Backward Class Commission.
- Haryana Backward Class commission will be a hearing body for all the caste reservation related grievances.
