IBPS Clerk Interview Experience 2015

Hello Readers, today I will share my IBPS Clerk Interview Experience 2015 with you. This is my first Interview but I really enjoyed my first interview. Forget everything whenc you enter in room just be confident, honest and keep smile on your face. Before interview I was very afraid thinking( pta nhi kya hoga , kya puchegen ). but after interview i felt m to asie hi tension le rhi thi yar….so be cool guys. Now I tell you what they asked and what I answered, everything,,,,

My Interview Venue: Rohtak , Haryana

Date: 12 feb/ 2015

Panel : 5th ( in my panel there are total five members 4m + 1 f,  age of three males in between 55 to 65, 1 male is in between 28-30 , and age female around 25- 26)

I was 1st in 2nd shift, the gaurd told ring bjegi to ander chale jana filhal yhan baitho( chair ki taraf ishara karte hue) I said Ok Sir. Finally after 5 mint ek bell beji mere sath wali wished me luck, and i entered ,,,

Me= May , I come in Sir.

F= yes yes aaoo

Me = entered and closed the room as it were before and than wished them,, firstly I wished to m’am and then others. then they offered me chair  , I sat ( but the chair was not very comfortable and had no arms 🙁 )

M1 = kya naam h aapka?

Me = told

M1= ok, khan se ho

Me= Sir, —— se

M1= oky,, —— se ho acha ( i think he is familiar with my place) asked Parents kya karte h ?

Me= Sir , Papa is a shopkeeper and mommy is housewife.

M1= Kis chij ki shop h and three four questions they get every information regarding my father’s business. i told everything honestly.

M3= b.com , m.com ho na?

Me : yes Sir

M3: fav. subject kon sa h?

me= sir i like numerical subject.

M3= banks ki balance sheet bnane k baad use kasie analysis karte h iske bare m kuch pta h?

me= nahi sir iske bare jyada nhi padha kabhi.

m3= aur kya-kya padha h? ratio padha h?

Me= ji sir,, solvency ratio,liquidity ratio ye sb

M3 =  ok, debtor turnover ratio k bare mein padha h ?

me=yes sir, and explained

M3= he satisfied with my answer.

M1= kitne bhai bhen h?

Me= Sir one brother and one sister.

M1= bhai bhen bde h ya appse chote?

Me= sir, vo dono mujhse bade h.

M2= ohh, than you are LIFO( last in, first out {a rule in commerce}) and laughed

Me = also smiled and yes sir u can say that.

M1= bhai kya karta ?

Me= Sir, preparing for banking exam and has done B.tech.

M2= shadi ho gyi uski?

Me= No sir he is engaged 😀 ,,they laughed.

M1= bhen kya kr rhi h?

me= sir , B.ed

M1= uska banking me interest nahi h kya?

me =nhi sir

M1= vo jyada intellgent h ya aap?

Me= sir till 7th standard , she always scored more then me but after that i always scored more then her.

M1= smiled, and said asia kya bomb foda tumne bad me,jo aage nikal gyi.

Me= just smile.

M2= sister ne graduation k bad B.ed ki h kya?

Me= No, sir after M.com

M2= usne m.com tumhare sath hi ki h? twins ho kya?

Me= no Sir twins nahi h, but study sath hi ki h. vo pahle nani k paas rahti thi .( to cleard their doubts because they looked very interested and want to know, why and how we studied in same class)

M1= ok ok twins in study.

Me= Yes sir.

M1= aap baking kyun join krna chahte to? (finally unhone kuch asia pucha jo mne expect kia tha)

Me= sir ,i very interested in banking and want to join…… bol hi rhi thi ki

M3= fir after B.com kyun try nhi kia?

Me= Sir , meri age km thi…

female( looked in my docs) yes sir abhi 22 hi h.

M1 = m.com me kya specialization thi?

Me= Sir HR and Marketing.

then one of them told isme b specialization hoti h,,,hmare tym to nhi hoti thi,,M2 bole: hoti h Sir.

M1: marks kitne the continously asked in 10th 12th B.com M.com

Me: I told the same way he asked,,,

M2= intelligent h ladki,,,

Me= Smiled…

M2= economices me law of marginity  hota h,iske bare me btao

ME= Sir ,b.com me economics nhi thi mere pass. mne sirf m.com ke first sem me basic economics padhi thi, isliye jyada kuch pta nhi,,

M2: oky beta..koi bat nhi.

M3: company law padha h aapne?

Me= yes Sir ( theory wala subject i hate, thought in my heart)

M3= memorandum of association aur article of associaton ke bich me kya difference h?

me= thought for a while and told what i know about that,,nd  also told sir abhi yhi yad h,, 4 years pahle padha tha abhi mind me nahi aa rha isse related kuch.

M3= oky beta.

then they looked each other ,,oky beta ab aap ja sakte ho..

Me= ji sir( meko lga bs yhi ho b gya itni jaldi).. I thanked all,,,

only three of them asked questions,, young male and female continously  looking at me and observing how I answered the questions. overall it was good experience.

Remember :  Study about you field related subjects, and answer with confidence and be honest.
